If you're submitting a request through an authorized agent, that person must have written permission to act on your behalf. In some cases, we may require you to verify your identity directly before completing the request. We may deny requests from agents who fail to provide proper documentation.

For children under the age of 13, only a parent or legal guardian may request access or deletion of the child’s information. In these cases, we may require a signed statement under penalty of perjury or a live phone verification to confirm parental authority.

You may submit up to two (2) requests per 12-month period to know or delete your information.

Response Time
- We will confirm receipt of your request within 10 business days.
- In our confirmation, we’ll explain the next steps, including how we’ll verify your identity and when you can expect a full response.


Changes to This California Privacy Notice
