Refills, Returns & Cancellations

Can I cancel or reorder future treatments?

Yes. You’re always in control.

You can log into your account to pause or cancel future shipments, or reorder when you’re ready. We’ll also notify you before any recurring refill is processed and charged.

Can I return my prescription if I change my mind?

Unfortunately, no. Due to federal and state regulations, we cannot accept returned medications.
