Prescription Medications
Due to strict federal and state laws, prescription medications cannot be returned once they’ve been dispensed by the pharmacy. Once your payment has been processed and the shipment has been handed off to the carrier (e.g., USPS, FedEx, or UPS), the order is considered final and non-refundable.
However, if your order hasn’t shipped yet, you can still log into your KnightlyRx account to update your shipping address, modify your payment method, or cancel your subscription.

Over-the-Counter (Non-Prescription) Products ???
KnightlyRx may accept returns on unopened, non-prescription items within 30 days of the purchase date. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we do not accept packages sent as Cash on Delivery (COD).

Returned items must arrive in their original, untampered condition. We reserve the right to deny any return if the product appears used, opened, or altered in any way.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Please note that weather-related delays may affect delivery times. Since we currently do not ship temperature-sensitive or refrigerated items, longer transit times will not impact product integrity.
